StubHub Opens Center of Excellence for Customer Service in Utah
Matt Holton (Representing US Senator Lee), Rep John Knotwell (Utah Tech Council), and Ben Hart (Governor’s Office of Economic Development)
Just south of Salt Lake City, StubHub opened the doors to its Center of Excellence for Customer Service and Trust Operations in Draper, Utah this week, hosting its growing employee base, leadership team, more than a dozen representatives from local offices – including Utah Congresswoman Mia Love of the state’s 4th District – and a very special guest, beloved by Utahns, Thurl ‘Big T’ Bailey, in a celebration of its commitment to serving its customers in its new digs.
Led by Sr. Director of Global Customer Service and Utah native Daron Fowlks, this new national customer service center represents what is often the first touchpoint the company has with its customers, and will eventually be home to 400+ StubHub employees. The operation is the company’s hub for one-to-one customer contact, open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, with a mission to connect people to inspiring live event experiences.
We want to thank Congresswoman Love, UT Rep. John Knotwell, Draper Mayor Walker, Councilmember Rappleye, Councilmember Weeks, Ben Hart from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, and Draper City Manager David Dobbins for joining us, and US Senator Hatch and US Senator Lee for sending their incredible representatives, Melanie Bowen, Matt Holton and Rob Axson.
