Welcome to www.stubhubconcourse.com, owned and operated by eBay Inc. By accessing the StubHub Concourse website, you agree to the following terms. This agreement is effective on May 31, 2016 or upon registration.
Using StubHub Concourse
You accept StubHub Concourse “as is” and voluntarily choose to participate in StubHub Concourse Events including, without limitation, any StubHub Concourse events (“Events”) at your own risk. StubHub Concourse is intended to keep you informed about certain entertainment and sporting events and helps to give you the freedom to buy and sell tickets without barriers or restrictions.
StubHubConcourse, its employees, affiliates, agents and other third-party partners (“StubHub Concourse” or “we”) may arrange for or publicize meetings at a variety of venues for the primary purpose of discussing policy issues and other subjects designed to increase awareness of issues impacting the StubHub marketplace. StubHub Concourse may or may not supervise these Events and may or may not be involved in any with the actions of any individuals at these Events. As a result, StubHub Concourse does not exercise any control over the identity or actions of the individuals who are present at these Events. All participants should exercise caution and good judgement when attending an Event.
Abusing StubHub Concourse
We may limit or terminate our service and take technical or legal steps to keep individuals off the Site if we believe they may create problems or act inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies.
By using StubHub Concourse, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your personal information by StubHub Concourse on servers located in the United States, as further described in our Privacy Notice.
We may or may not control, censor or supervise information or comments provided at Events or communications between participants. You may find other users’ comments offensive, harmful, inaccurate or deceptive; therefore, you will not hold StubHub Concourse responsible for other users’ actions or inactions, including any communication between you and other users. You indemnify and hold StubHub Concourse (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, employees and partners) harmless from way connected with such disputes. If you are a resident of California, you waive California Civil Code § 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor."
To the extent legally permitted we expressly disclaim all warranties, representations and conditions, express or implied, including those of quality, merchantability, merchantable quality, durability, fitness for a particular purpose and those arising by statutes. We are not liable for any loss, whether of money (including profit), goodwill, reputation or any special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site, even if you advise us or we could reasonably foresee the possibility of any such damage occurring. Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of warranties or exclusion of damages so such disclaimers and exclusions may not apply to you.
Despite the previous paragraph, if we are found to be liable, our liability to you or any third party (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability in tort, by statute or otherwise) is limited to fifty US dollars ($50).

These terms and other policies posted on StubHub Concourse constitute the entire agreement between StubHub Concourse and you, superseding any conflicting parts of any prior agreements. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within California between California residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against StubHub Concourse must be resolved by a court located in Santa Clara County, California. If we do not enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes any of these terms, the remaining terms shall survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below. We will send notices to you via the email address that you provide, or by registered mail to the address you provide. Notices sent by registered mail will be deemed received five days following the date of mailing. We may update these terms at any time, with updates taking effect after 30 days. No other amendments to these terms will be effective unless made in writing, signed by you and StubHub Concourse.
